EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
Coordinates the CIDA funded “Community Resource Stewardship Program” which intends to empower rural communities in Southern Mexico and Central America to manage their natural resources in an environmentally and socially effective way. Tasks include report and proposal writing for the recently opened Voluntary Sector Fund (VSF). Falls Brook Centre. 2005-2008.
Effectively manages the Intern Program at Falls Brook Centre with 18 interns this year placed throughout Latin America, Africa and Europe. Provides orientation services, career counseling, budget management and administrative support. Falls Brook Centre. 2005-2008.
Developed materials for and facilitated the workshop: “Successful Human Resource Management” aimed at Falls Brook Centre personnel during the winter of 2006.
